Your Tasks Working together as part of the Service KAM Team, reporting to the Director Global Service KAM, the Global Service Analyst is responsible for analyzing service strategic initiatives and identifying new business opportunities.
You will work closely transversally with all service areas, operations, sales, legal, and Technical Departments to develop various strategies in close alignment with senior executives.
Propose pricing and quotes covering escalation topics of customers to avoid court case specifications and perform cost calculations for both commercial and operational topics.
Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments.
Research and analyze historical data, developing cost models to support proposal efforts.
Participate in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives.
Support settlement negotiations.
Maintain close alignment with senior executives to understand and prepare the corresponding analysis.
Your Profile Engineering Degree or similar.
10 years of experience in Service Backoffice.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in English.
Proactive, great team player, and humble.
Result-oriented, resilient, responsible, and organized.
Empathic and able to find win-win compromises.
