The Role:
Sinclair is currently looking for a Global Jr. Clinical Trainer. The Global Jr. Clinical Trainer manages and provides technical and practical training of equipment and treatments to the sales team, distributor, and end customer at international and national levels to transfer and ensure the correct knowledge of the products. The Global Jr. Clinical Trainer provides customers with the theoretical and practical knowledge for the correct use of the equipment.

- Middle and/or Higher Degree in the health field or experience, at least, 2 years in the role of aesthetician technician performing treatments with appliances.
- English: minimum Advanced level / Spanish: high level.
- Availability to travel 40-60% (around the world).

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out a training process as a clinical trainer.
• Drafting and review of necessary documentation for clinical training.
• Internal and external training.
• Customer training regarding the protocols of treatments and equipment.
• Support to end customer inquiries (doctors, distributors, large accounts and customers in general).
• Derive clinical or technical incidents reported by clients to the clinical incidents area or to the Services department, as appropriate.
• Report the training to the Global training Director.
• Help the client promote the Sinclair clinic and equipment.
