YOUR ROLE
Would you like to support the Infrastructure Resources Management and provide Orchestra support to the Infrastructure team ?
If so, we have the opportunity to join our team as IT PMO Analyst in our global IT department at CEVA Logistics.
This role is open in France, Spain, Italy or Poland.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
You will assist PMO in all matters related to Infrastructure resources and projects Infrastructure Resources Management: Onboarding / Offboarding of the resources' access to the CEVA Project Management tool (Orchestra)
Train and support the resources in using Orchestra
Track and monitor the resources' timesheet submission and approval
Manage the resources' time availability against the pipeline & demands
Support Finance on the resources hours cross-charging
Infrastructure Projects Governance & Support Provide support to program directors and project managers on new project onboarding to Orchestra
Monitor that the project managers adhere to CEVA Project methodology (CPM) and policy.
Perform regular checks on the projects' updates and follow up with the project managers immediately
Responsible for alerting project non-compliance to CPM and Policy
Responsible for ensuring projects' data quality in Orchestra
Conduct project audit and project phase gate reviews
You provide Orchestra administrative support within the Infrastructure team You will present Infrastructure PMO on Global PMO and other COE PMOs discussion and activities WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have +- 3 years of project administrative duties or equivalent You have good Knowledge of a project delivery cycle. You have experience with Microsoft Office 365 Tools You have experience with any project management tool like Orchestra is a plus You have good verbal & writing skills in English You have strong interpersonal and communication skills You pay attention to detail and are strong in analysis You are result oriented and pro-active You pursue continuous improvement WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
