The PMO role is based in Spain, Madrid.
This role is responsible for leading the PMO services for the CoE FVL organization within CEVA IT, being responsible for the overall Project Portfolio Governance process as well as the project management framework and project execution for all IT projects.
It is also responsible for implementing and enforcing CEVA IT Global Project Methodology within the COE FVL.
Key Accountabilities: Project Governance: Ensuring a correct project intake and project closure.
Performing Stage Gate Reviews during the project.
Upholding CEVA IT Project governance standards.
Collaborate with other departments leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
Overseeing that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently to meet company standards.
Represents COE FVL within the CEVA IT Global PMO group, making sure their needs are addressed and considered within the CPM framework and governance model.
Implements and enforces CPM within its area of responsibility.
Resource Management: Resource planning on projects.
Supporting resource on- and off-boarding.
Organization and control of (legal/HR) compliance elements of hiring and placement of (external) resources.
Finance & Reporting: Analyzing PMO Qlik Sense dashboard to identify potential project delivery issues and provide timely reports to Stakeholders for corrective action.
Create monthly Management Pack.
Training and Development: Providing CEVA Project Management Governance training.
Providing Tool training.
Inducting new team members into the standards, process, and tools used within CEVA IT.
Create and maintain staffing plans.
Ensures the team is properly trained and staffed to handle the project workload.
Build cohesion within the team and motivate team to produce quality work.
Ensure team goals are accomplished and in line with business/global objectives.
Tool Support: Clarity until migrated, then Orchestra (Project Management System).

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills Education & Qualifications: Fluent in English.
University Degree in IT or Business, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Good documentation, administration, and leadership skills.
Experience with MS Office.
Good knowledge of project lifecycle.
Familiar with working in an IT support environment.
Proven analytical skills and attention to detail; pragmatic with a sense of urgency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good presentation skills.
Ability to motivate others and to delegate tasks.
Work with all levels of management and communicate appropriately.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the industry.
Experience with Qlik Sense.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong influence skills to gain commitment from others and foster collaboration.
Communication skills, both oral and written.
