Join our Global Digital Technology Team and be part of our Consumer Intelligence & CRM projects in collaboration with different Business stakeholders.
What you'll get to do
- Leading and steering the CRM projects and operations in close collaboration with Business stakeholders, CE, Global CRM Business analysts, Architect & Integration Manager, internal Brand's PMs and external consulting agencies.
- Leading the CRM operations team, looking for continuous improvement.
- Understanding of IT architecture, integration patterns, and databases.
- Managing multiple stakeholders.
- Managing the implementation and rollout of the CRM capabilities and other strategic and Commercial projects to deliver the highest possible business value for Puig.
- Participate on the CRM vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and internal consumers' needs.
- Ensure that the GCRM Business strategy is translated into tasks for development, serving as a liaison between GCRM and Operations as well as Digital & Retail team.
- Prioritizing CRM requirements to ensure the product delivers unique value.
- Taking the IT ownership of the CRM Ecosystem, covering the whole life of the end consumer, Loyalty, Reporting, Consumer Service, etc.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- +5 years in a similar position.
- Experience working in a global organizations and heterogenic environment, with ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at every level.
- Strong development and architecture experience on Cloud platforms, API development and Integrations.
- Experience in developing on and integrating CRM platforms.
