As Global Inventory Program Manager, you'll have end-to-end responsibility for the Inventory Program that aims to free up cash through inventory reduction.
Your responsibilities will include:Lead the overall inventory reduction program for SandozDefine the key process improvements and projects needed to achieve the aspirational goal set by SLTMake sure that the identified projects have proper resources and progress as expectedEnsure that the process improvements have clear owners and goalsEstablish a clear governance to monitor the progress and ensure proper communicationEngage with the organization to ensure proper focus, resources and commitmentLead the end to end molecule inventory process by establishing the methodology, selecting the key molecules, ensuring workshops and action plan are set in connection with Platforms and Regional SC teamsEnsure the yearly TGT setting process for inventory is aligned with the overall Program expectationsSupport the units to deliver specific yearly TGTSupport the Reporting team to build the transparency on the actual resultsEnsure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within functional areaMaintain competency within the team, identify gaps through benchmarks and assessment and ensure proper knowledge build up in the company in terms of inventory managementWhat you need to bring to the role:Higher or business relevant education preferably in the area of supply chain, quality, economics/finance, compliance, regulatory, artwork/packaging design. Master/PhD in Management, MBA a plus.English fluent (written and spoken), further languages a plus15+ years' experience in a variety of Supply Chain, Planning & SC Excellence roles both at a site(s) and within different stages of supply chain processes, for large multi-national organizationsExperience in team development and leadership skills including influencing key stakeholdersTechnical knowledge/ understanding of Planning systems, process, risks and challengesExcellent knowledge of Business Processes within the pharmaceutical industry, especially regulatory controlled processesExcellence in global program and project managementHighly experienced in change managementTrack-record of working within a matrix organizations and leading delivery of resultsBroad knowledge of business processes within the pharmaceutical industry including planning, order fulfilment, capacity and supply planning and life-cycle managementIntercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environmentWhy Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
