Being based in Barcelona SSC, key responsibilities are:
Act as owner of the People Analytics reporting, liaising with the BI team, HR, IT, Finance and business stakeholders. Ensure that all reporting is accurate globally and troubleshoot any errors, keeping track of enhancements. Lead Change Management efforts relating to People Analytics and own relevant governance for the project, ensuring stakeholders are updated regularly. Deliver People Insights tool trainings to the users and keep a strong community of People Insights amongst HR teams and other users across the globe, acting as a centre of excellence. Provide User Support for Global Employee Data platform. Oversee and control the process of employee data creation/maintenance. Extract employee data and run quality checks/reconciliations between different systems. Maintenance of data in global team hierarchy tool/global accounting system. Provide standardized and ad-hoc employee analytics reports to key stakeholders. Monitor the data flow between different IT systems holding employee data. Minimum Requirements: Relevant experience with People Insights and HR Data Analytics, people data reporting and/or Finance/People data positions is highly preferable. Proven knowledge of systems integrations and data structure, ability to navigate through Finance and IT terms. Strong Excel skills, Power BI, and curiosity and interest in IT systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Meticulous, structured, and very well-organized work habits. Strong analytical skills, proactive in identifying issues and opportunities to improve business. Capacity to ensure the respect of rules, guidelines, procedures and agreed SLAs. Structured and able to work in an autonomous way. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/IT (or related) will be an asset. Experience in a very multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC).
