Find out more here:¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?The Global HR Solutions Team is responsible for the complete process of Employee Data creation & maintenance.
The team acts as platform administrators for the Employee Data platform & team hierarchy tool.The team supports the Users with the data creation & controls that the workflows are completed on time according to different country specifications.
The team monitors that the employee data is flowing correctly to other integrated systems (Global Accounting System, Digital Learning Tool) and provides employee analytics reports to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Provide User Support for Global Employee Data platform Oversee & control the process of employee data creation/maintenance Extract employee data and run quality checks/reconciliations between different systems Maintenance of data in global team hierarchy tool/global accounting system Provide standardized & ad-hoc employee analytics reports to key stakeholders Monitor the data flow between different IT systems holding employee data ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?- Meticulous, structured and very well-organized work habits.- Strong analytical skills, proactive in identifying issues and opportunities to improve business.- Capacity to ensure the respect of rules, guidelines, procedures and agreed SLAs.- Strong Excel skills, and curiosity and interest in IT systems.- Structured and able to work in an autonomous way.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines- Language Skills - proficient in English- Previous work experience in Finance/Employee Data positions will be an asset- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/IT (or related) will be an asset¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?- Experience in a very multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)- Competitive compensation and benefits package in Barcelona, various well-being activity options#J-18808-Ljbffr
