.In this role, you will work with our clients to develop and implement HR operations strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy. Working within our HR team, you will drive the integration of global compensation and benefits programs; you will oversee payroll, manage a team, and ensure legal compliance of HR activities.From managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes during employment, and offboarding, you will scrutinize HR processes thoroughly and ensure the proper automation and industrialization of these processes. You use your strengths to help us grow together.**Has an Open Mind** – we favor constructive feedback given in a kind way and appreciate the same in return.Our Global HR Operations Supervisorwill:Develop and implement HR operations strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy.Oversee payroll for all entities and manage US, UK, France, Spain, and Employer of Records (approx. 70 staff in total) plus Italy (approx. 200 staff)Manage a team of two to three people.Develop and execute global staff (EMEA & USA) procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.Manage compensation & benefits and employee performance programs at a global level (mainly EMEA and USA).Maintain internal HR systems and global databases.Ensure legal compliance of HR activities and country's regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.Be the contact person for the team, people business partners, and recruiters on questions relating to HR matters such as contracts, visas, payroll, absences, terminations, etc., and escalate where necessary.Manage the full employee lifecycle: from onboarding new hires to changes during employment all the way to offboarding, including contract management and administration.Assist in the communication, interpretation, and updating of the employee handbook, employee directory, organizational chart, company policies, and other changes.Recommend new approaches, policies, and programs to ensure continuous improvements and meeting management and employees' needs.A great candidate will have:Proven working experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or Payroll with global processes in a fast-changing environment
