It has closed over 80M€ in funding with top international venture capital firms.It currently serves thousands of customers in over 60 countries and has built a talented team of over 200 people, with its headquarters based in Barcelona.ABOUT THE ROLE:We are looking for a talented leader to take their global team of 50+ SDRs and 6 managers to the next level. The team works with both inbound and outbound leads across 8 markets and is responsible for building high-quality top-of-funnel opportunities.Our client needs someone with experience in managing high-velocity software sales teams using metrics as well as qualitative coaching. You will have significant opportunities to grow their highly coachable and motivated SDR teams.You will work closely with the Account Executive teams and managers, as well as Marketing leaders, to build go-to-market strategies and share feedback on sales conversations to optimize results.You will report to their VP of Sales, who is looking for a right-hand person to scale successfully.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESYou will set the objectives for your team, create sales plans, analyze data, and contribute to the company's growth. Their sales cadences are your responsibility, and you will craft strong messaging with the teams to maximize success. You have access to Gong for consistent call coaching and training.Spend time in meetings with various market leaders to understand behaviors and trends, and brainstorm plans to increase success. Creativity is your superpower!Lead the managers of the sales development teams. Guide your team to reach meeting targets, establish the strategy, and provide training and mentorship to the sales development teams.Be a culture leader in the office and drive engagement and connection across the team.WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:You are a self-starter, with a passion for sales and leadership coaching.You have deep knowledge of sales processes and methodology and possess a strong skill set to share that knowledge with the team you are building.A history of taking on big challenges and finding success runs in your blood.Experience leading both inbound and outbound SDR team structures.3+ years of experience in sales and the SDR world, with 2 of those being in a sales manager role for a software as a service company.Languages: English (Spanish a plus, but not required).Experience in sales hiring processes, with a strong network of sales reps to join your team.Training process: Sales methodology knowledge to achieve fast sales ramp-up and revenue growth.Lead by example, with strong sales capabilities and a goal-oriented mindset.Based in Barcelona, Spain at our HQ.
