This crucial role will report directly to the CFO of Viator and manage $400M+ in annual marketing spend across all performance channels. Performance marketing has been a key driver of Viator's growth, helping the business reach $4 Billion in GBV and $737 Million in Revenue in 2023. This leader will have a primary role in maintaining the growth trajectory for a business that has already scaled meaningfully in recent years, and will be responsible for delivering against ambitious traffic, acquisition and revenue targets.Responsibilities Develop new strategies to further scale performance marketing spend across multiple channels while maintaining efficiency.Implement and continue to refine a comprehensive framework for evaluating performance marketing spend with a focus on optimizing LTV/CAC.Continue to improve our paid search efforts with Google and effectively expand paid search efforts to social channels.Unlock and scale paid social and other underfunded paid performance channels.Drive the development of end-to-end marketing and digital acquisition strategies.Analyze, track, report and forecast on key performance metrics, identifying areas of opportunity for program performance across all online acquisition channels to support company's growth targets and drive future strategies.Manage, optimize, innovate and expand programs for all performance marketing channels through a test-and-learn approach to maximize cost-effective customer acquisition.Partner effectively with Viator's Vice President of Brand and Communications to drive a cohesive marketing strategy for the business.Serve as a critical thought partner to the Viator Executive team and other senior leaders on adapting our performance marketing strategies as our business continues to evolve.Collaborate with business partners to identify efficiencies and improve effectiveness in our acquisition channels through innovations in strategy, targeting, delivery, process, and new capabilities.Maintain and expand relationships with key partners including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Bing, among others
