Job Description:
As the Global Head of Information & Cybersecurity (CISO), you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Galderma's information security strategy, policies, and standards. You will oversee all aspects of information and cybersecurity to ensure the protection of Galderma's data, systems, and operations. This position reports directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and is a critical leadership role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement Galderma's Information Security strategy in alignment with business objectives.Develop and enforce Information Security policies, standards, and procedures.Evaluate systems vulnerabilities and recommend technical solutions to mitigate risks.Lead security awareness and training programs for employees.Conduct information security risk assessments and internal audits.Oversee the deployment and integration of new security solutions.Monitor compliance with information security policies and procedures.Respond to security incidents and investigate breaches.Stay current with information security technologies and regulatory issues.Collaborate with other functions such as Risk Management, Internal Control, and Internal Audit.Identify, assess, and monitor IT risks for Galderma.Serve as the point of contact for internal and external auditors.Lead an international team of Information Security experts.Represent Information & Cybersecurity in the IT Leadership Team.Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as CISO for an international company over extensive years.Experience in senior leadership positions within international IT organizations.Information Security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM).Experience in leading an international team of Security experts in different locations and time zones.Experience in business partnering and senior stakeholder management.Continuous improvement and not accepting the status-quo must be part of your character.Strong senior team player with effective communication and people management skills.Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus.What we offer in return:
