What You'll Do:
As Criteo's Global Head of Digital Marketing, you will be instrumental in driving demand, boosting revenue, and expanding our global reach. You will lead a talented team of demand generation managers and performance marketers, developing and executing digital strategies that engage target audiences across multiple markets. This hands-on, strategic leadership role is ideal for a digital marketing expert who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Demand Generation Strategy: Own the Demand Funnel: Lead a team to plan, implement, and measure multi-channel demand generation programs that drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth.
Lead Digital Marketing Efforts: Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) to maximize brand presence and market penetration.
Account Based Marketing: Collaborate with Sales and Field Marketing to prioritize accounts and develop personalized ABM campaigns tailored to the unique needs of each account, converting prospects into customers.
Revenue-Focused Leadership: Focus on revenue impact over lead metrics.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Work closely with analytics and digital teams to interpret data from diverse sources (CRM, web analytics, etc.) and translate insights into actionable strategies. Develop performance reports that track ROI and pipeline contribution, constantly refining strategies to ensure optimization and measurable impact.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented team of demand generation and performance marketing experts. Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Field Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales, Operations, and Product Marketing, for seamless execution of campaigns.
Market Expansion and Agency Partnership: Drive expansion efforts into key markets such as France, Germany, Japan, and Korea. Lead relationships with external agencies to scale and enhance Criteo's digital marketing strategies across diverse channels and regions.
Who You Are:
Experience: Extensive experience leading demand generation in a B2B tech environment, with a deep understanding of how to leverage digital channels and AI to fuel brand amplification and drive revenue.
ABM Expertise: Experience in ABM strategy and execution, with knowledge of the latest trends and best practices for integrating ABM within broader marketing and sales strategies.
Channel Expertise: Proficiency in key digital channels such as SEO, SEM, Paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), email, and owned media properties. Familiarity with tools like 6sense, Demandbase, Analytic platforms, Google Ads, and others.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with RevOps workflows, CRM systems (Salesforce), and MAP (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, and demonstrable experience synthesizing data and making strategic decisions using Salesforce, Account Engagement, Amplitude etc.
