You'll define the brand's identity and tone of voice and produce high quality creative assets according to the brand's values, mission and objectives, with the aim of creating a high-impact global communication.You will develop creative ideas and coordinate localizations across our different countries to ensure the highest impact on our target audience and strong global image of the brand worldwide.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an active contributor, with expertise in team leadership.Your missions:Leading the global content and creative strategy and Shape the visual identity of the brand for all communication channels.Responsible of the brand guidelines, imagery and image Campaigns.Leading internal creative team of designers and copywriters in order to achieve an efficient team that achieves results.Stakeholder management and coordination of external creative agencies.Manage the production of diverse content types, including Digital (online, paid media assets, social media, email marketing), in-store visual merchandising and trade marketing, commercial support and educational content (both B2B and B2C).Participate in brand awareness and improved user experience, enabling sales through higher demand generation.Analyze and study the competition, market trends, and consumer needs etc.
with the aim of maximizing the possibility of sales.Establish KPIs for creative and content initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and analyze performance data to refine creative and content strategies.You will be a strong support to the entire marketing, digital, ecom and educational department.You will report to the Global brand and marketing director.Requirements:Stakeholders management both internal and external.Previous successful experience in managing creative teams and working with creative agencies (+5 years), preferably in the fashion / luxury or cosmetics sector.
Proven expertise in developing and executing creative and content strategies for B2B / B2C audiences & projects and campaigns that drove measurable results.Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement principles.Autonomy, capacity to challenge status quo and bring breakthrough ideas.Leadership with wisdom.
