We are currently hiring the position of Global Head of Content and Image for our headquarters in Alcoy.
Main role:
You are responsible for defining creative image, direction and content strategy of a cosmetic brand through its brand's identity and tone of voice established according to the brand's values, mission and objectives, with the aim of creating a high-impact global communication line
You will develop creative ideas and coordinate localizations across our different countries to ensure the highest impact on our target audience and strong global image of the brand worldwide.
Your missions:
Leading the global content and creative strategy and Shape the visual identity of the brand for all communication channels.
Responsible of the brand guidelines, imagery and image Campaigns
Leading internal creative team of designers (photographers, video makers) and copywriters in order to achieve an efficient team that achieves results.
Stakeholder management and coordination of external creative agencies
Creating all the content for Digital (online, paid media assets, Social Media, email marketing), in-store visual merchandising and trade marketing, commercial support and educational content (both B2B and B2C).
Participate in the brand awareness and improved user experience, enabling sales through higher demand generation
Analyse and study the competition, market trends, and consumer needs etc. with the aim of maximising the possibility of sales.
You will be a strong support to the entire marketing, digital and educational department.
You will report to the Global brand and marketing director
Requirements:
Stakeholders management both internal and external
Strong organizational skills
Previous successful experience in managing creative teams and working with creative agencies (+5 years), preferably in the fashion / luxury or cosmetics sector
Autonomy, capacity to challenge status quo and bring breakthrough ideas
Leadership with wisdom. Empower, not control. Ability to inspire others.
Knowledge of project management, time management, agile tools.
Minimum English level C1.
