This role will define installation concepts for construction operatives in renewable projects, helping the Bus to deliver successful construction projects with meticulous planning, efficient management, and adherence to standard operating procedures in Zelestra.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Global COO, this role will be responsible for:Expanding Front-End Planning: Involves thorough project evaluation, risk assessment, and feasibility studies to identify potential challenges early, develop effective strategies, and establish realistic project goals.Managing Projects More Effectively: Utilizing project management software to centralize project data, streamline tasks, and facilitate real-time communication among stakeholders.Standardizing Operating Procedures: Implementing standardized processes for tasks such as quality control, safety measures, and inspections to reduce errors and enhance overall project efficiency.Implementing Time-Saving Processes: Focusing on efficient resource allocation, optimized scheduling, and technology use to automate repetitive tasks.Effective Contractor Management: Involves clear communication, fair contract negotiations, and regular performance evaluations with contractors and subcontractors.Enhancing Client Communications: Prioritizing client communications by providing regular project updates and addressing concerns promptly.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with a strong technical background (project management qualifications are a plus).At least 15 years of experience within the renewable energy industry working in asset management.Minimum 8 to 10 years of proven experience in project management in an international environment.Experience working with PV/Wind/BESS assets construction.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful infrastructures and construction strategies and best practices.Ability to promote an interdependent Health and Safety culture.Availability to travel.General availability.What We OfferCareer opportunities and professional development in a growing multinational company with a highly qualified team.Permanent contract.Flexible compensation.Full working day.Flexible schedule.Remote work 2 days a week.Half working day in August.Zelestra celebrates the diversity of thought and experience that comes from a variety of backgrounds including, but not limited to, gender, age, ethnicity.
