The primary role of the Global HCM Demonstration Analyst is to manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of demonstration environments and strategies. The role will require the individual to work with sales, product management, product marketing, and other key stakeholders to assess the impact and planning of the demonstration environment. The focus will be on the user's journey through storytelling, which will be supported in the demo persona(s). Document processes, 'how to' and training to the SC community. Communication to the field on status to the health of the demonstration environment.
Ensure peak sales effectiveness by collecting and incorporating sales field feedback into the demonstration environment. In addition, work with Key Business Partners, Software Developers, and other Technical Resources to ensure timely updates that coincide with production and offline demo asset version releases.

Key Responsibilities: Legislative updates: Compile legislation changes and analyze the required customizing adjustments and possible impact on sales demo clients. Participate in product operational meetings to keep sales demo aligned and up to date on upcoming compliance enhancements and features. Provide input to team lead for legislative changes that impact sales demo scenarios and system functionality. Work in conjunction with Service, Implementation, Country Solution Managers, Sales Operations, and Product Marketing to design and implement demo scenarios aligned with legislative updates for ADP GlobalView. Review CSM Product Release Documentation to determine the implementation activities required for demo-specific country updates in sales demo environments. Develop, maintain, and clean up a consistent and effective data set across the master demo. Review technical requirements supplied by Product Management to determine what needs to be implemented in ADP GlobalView demo environments. Perform first line quality assurance for developed demos by confirming demo performance according to the approved script and use cases after each feature release. Prepare associated documentation such as installation and execution instructions, modify demo scripts and present changes to stakeholders. Manage feedback to determine if corrections are needed or new features need to be added. Develop and deploy product demonstration scripts that incorporate the appropriate marketing message, emphasize the ADP value proposition, and highlight key competitive advantages. Communicate issues identified by sales to development, maintain an issue log to monitor resolution and validate the provided fixes. Provide tier support back up as required for escalated demo environment. Enrich and maintain the ADP GlobalView demo site with new communications, documents, and relevant videos. Requirements: ADP GlobalView experience is highly recommended.
