About the job: Provide advisory of transactional products to CIB clients, with an industry approach and with the aim to originate, structure and execute transactions, offering BBVA's clients holistic solutions.Accompany clients in their transition towards sustainability, innovating through sustainable transactional products, supporting bankers and product specialists by providing market intelligence, innovation, and tailored solutions for clients.As part of the global Advisory GTB team, collaborate with the Advisory GTB Global Head in the definition of the commercial strategy, the business plan, and the budget for the Advisory business to the clients under his/her responsibility.Specialization by industry in order to advance trends and needs of our clients. Deeply understand an industry or client and share know-how and best practices.As the GTB Industry Advisor for the assigned sector(s), stay updated on the sector's trends regarding sustainability and transactional products, identify sector opportunities and liaise with the Industry Head and other local Industry Advisors/bankers to conduct joint initiatives.Identify and generate new opportunities from the Advisory to clients.Proactively visit and call clients, on most occasions with the banker, offering holistic ad-hoc solutions. Prepare the marketing material including product pitch material.Offer a technical and financial global advisory to clients adapted to their financial and financing profile needs.Collaborate with the GTB Global Sustainability Champion in evaluating the ESG angle of the transactions of the assigned sector(s), at a global level, and obtaining the approval from the Sustainable Finance team.Ensure coordination across teams and geographies from the identification of the opportunity, pitching, implementation, and post-implementation tracking.Support GTB teams with plans and product campaigns; and coordinate with other product units to boost the cross-sell of products.Generate recurring revenues to accomplish the revenue objectives established every year in the global unit as well as other KPIs.Be curious, innovative, proactive, and take initiative.Qualifications and Skills Education and experience: University Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering…Financial Analysis, at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis for evaluating corporate clients, and also assessing risks associated with sustainability initiatives.Knowledge of GTB products (Cash Management, Trade Finance, Working Capital).Sustainability knowledge: Familiarity with sustainability frameworks.Experience in using tools such as Google Apps (Sheets, Presentation, Sites, etc.), Microstrategy, Artificial Intelligence tools, Refinitiv…Advanced ability to elaborate pitches in presentation format for clients and prepare reports.Experience in the elaboration of dashboards in Excel or other tools for data organization and subsequent analysis.Relationship building and communication skills: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and other external partners.Leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills: The ability to identify challenges, analyze complex situations, negotiate and propose innovative solutions.Adaptability and change management.Ability to work in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
