This includes coordinating with local teams and global business leaders as well as reviewing, challenging and consolidating their plans.Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan.Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across our key markets and business areas.Provide analysis and assessment of performance against budget, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements.Support local FP&A teams by embedding wider budget discipline and process efficiency across the business.Team up with our Head of Finance Systems and Processes to find and implement the right tool(s) for an efficient and iterative financial planning and forecasting process (including P&L, B/S, cash, headcount and relevant SaaS metrics forecasting).Collaborate with BI department and the Controller to build up insightful reports and dashboards to track business performance and deliver meaningful insights to business leaders.Lead and improve process efficiency for monthly and quarterly KPI performance monitoring as well as for forecasting purposes.Identifying and driving cost or margin improvement opportunities.Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (finance, accounting, or related field of study).5+ years of experience in a similar role within a high growth or SAAS environment.Proficiency in Excel and experience with cloud planning platforms (Oracle NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Workday Adaptive planning, or similar).Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to efficiently communicate with senior business leaders, to influence decision making and drive change in a cross-functional global environment.Very strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proactive mindset, thriving in fast-paced, always changing environments.Excellent English skills; another European language would be an advantage.Nice to have MSc in Business Administration or Finance or holding an Accounting qualification
