Robinson is seeking a Global Forwarding Agent to join our Global Forwarding division, in Barcelona.In this key position you will responsible for managing and operating the shipment lifecycle for your assigned accounts.
You will be responsible to ensure customer requirements are met and answered accurately and timely.
You will be accountable for executing and overseeing tasks for each shipment in addition to daily communication, reporting, and email management.

With the flexibility for remote work one day a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.Apply today and join us as we shape a diverse, inclusive, and more sustainable future for the supply chain industry.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following: Understand international shipping processes, documentation, and terminologyInput financial components for accurate customer billingExecute shipment tasks per customer SOP requirementsCreate, update, and maintain accurate shipment data in NavisphereProvide pricing quotes based on customer and network needsOffer track and trace services and generate shipment documentsEnsure high data integrity: shipment details, incoterms, routing, dates, documents Build strong customer relationships; respond and follow up on issues promptlyCommunicate clearly and effectively with Customers/Agents, CHR offices, and VendorsFoster positive working relationships with team members and participate in new customer implementations and business meetings as neededQUALIFICATIONSRequired: High school diploma or GED in Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Business Minimum 4 years of Global Forwarding experienceFluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
