We are looking for a Global Financial Analyst - Global Sales & Customer Success to join our team to support our business transformation. You will support the Head of FP&C to deliver high quality and reliable analysis of operating results, forecasts, and budgets. Support in handling special projects and analysis requests (such as acquisitions, new business ventures & organizational changes). Providing operational support to Global Sales operations and Customer Success organization during SaaS transformation.
Duties and Responsibilities Co-ordinate and support timely preparation of the global Budgets & Forecasts, ensuring consistency of approach and accuracy of data submission across all systems. Data gathering & analysis - combine, analyze, and visualize data from a variety of sources to provide insight and enable data-driven decision-making. Perform financial reviews alongside Senior Management. Highlight performance trends and areas of concern. Provide recommendations for and drive improvement/resolution. Perform special financial studies for management in conjunction with recommended or proposed plans. Support finance integration of acquisitions, new business ventures, organizational changes. Review, develop and share digital tools across all zones driving scalability and productivity. Encourage cross collaboration and communication between all stakeholders and serve as a key liaison with DISW HQ, GSCS Operations, and other Internal and External finance Organizations. Providing FP&A support for GSCS FIN with focused review of financial accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow), ad hoc support to GSCS FIN (systems, tools, policies, processes, accounting). Support and drive process excellence initiatives for special projects. Required Skills Microsoft Office proficiency. Outstanding executive presentation skills which enable highlighting key drivers in consumable formats, both in Excel and PowerPoint. SAP primary system knowledge required. Prior experience in a high tech/software/SaaS organization is an asset. Strong communication skills and ability to support different levels of hierarchy. Forward thinking, analytical with a problem-solving mindset; positive "can-do" attitude. Flexible in approach, whilst being able to prioritize workload, using judgement and initiative.
