As the Global Finance Transformation Integration Lead, you will play a vital role in the implementation and optimization of our finance transformation initiatives. In this position, you will be responsible for aligning finance and business processes globally, ensuring seamless integration and driving efficiency across the organization. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including finance teams, senior management, and cross-functional teams, to develop and execute strategies that support Unilabs' growth and drive financial performance.
Responsibilities Drive the integration of finance transformation projects across all Unilabs entities globally. Develop and implement standardized finance processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in financial operations. Collaborate with finance teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging technology platforms. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new finance processes and systems. Partner with senior management to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Provide financial analysis and support to identify and address issues, risks, and opportunities across the finance function. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for financial reporting and analysis. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in finance transformation or similar projects within a complex multinational organization. Strong understanding of finance processes, policies, and principles. Experience in leading change management initiatives and driving process improvements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deliverables. Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field is preferred.
