DSOs in achieving End-to-End Clinical Excellence with best-in-class treatment quality and reduced care delivery variability.Advancing general dentistry skills through a customized DSO online campus and learning pathways.The entire value creation model, helping DSOs grow their practices by incorporating new treatment concepts, enhancing patient experience, and driving innovation.Job Purpose: The Global Enterprise Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation and continuous development of the global marketing plan and strategy for Straumann Group Enterprise Solutions' portfolio dedicated to DSO customers: Enterprise Specialty Workflows, Enterprise Operations, and Enterprise Services under the newly established brand, Straumann Group Enterprise Solutions. This includes the establishment of the solutions and services portfolio value proposition. The role is reporting to the Global Head of Executive Engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and Develop Marketing Plans: Execute and continuously develop the global marketing plan and strategy for the Straumann Group Enterprise Solutions portfolio elements.Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns for specified solutions and services, including upcoming launches and brand management to ensure customers understand our value propositions.Content Management: Lead the updating and maintenance of campaign content, product catalogues, and online presence in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Marketing Assets Development: Develop marketing assets and collaterals to support successful Limited Market Releases (LMR) and Full Market Releases (FMR).Lead Generation: Drive the generation of sales leads through marketing programs and lead-generation activities.Market Analysis: Analyze global market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust marketing plans accordingly.Content Creation: Create and implement marketing, sales, and campaign materials, including channel-specific copywriting.Sales Enablement Support: Ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and training assets to engage with dental professionals effectively.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing and communication materials comply with regulatory and legal standards in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing initiatives' effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.Qualifications: Education: Master's or University degree (specialization in Marketing/Branding is an advantage).
Experience: 3+ years in downstream product marketing, preferably in the dental industry. Experience in managing global marketing initiatives and understanding regional market differences.
Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experienced in working in a matrix organization and working in a global setup and strong customer focus.
Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian) are advantageous. This position requires a proactive, collaborative, and innovative individual capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The Global Enterprise Solutions Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in aligning marketing strategies with Straumann Group's vision and driving growth within the DSO segment.
