As Project and Cost Managers, we have the opportunity to ensure that the project aligns with the needs of society, with the local community, and contributes positively to the neighborhood.
Our team provides project control and strategic advisory to help our clients complete complex projects on schedule and budget.
Particularly, we offer our clients specialized cost advice to give them confidence in the viability and profitability of their projects.
Now we are actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor, BIM Specialist (Architecture) to become part of the Cost Management team in our Madrid office.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Extraction of quantities from Revit models and elaboration of Bill of Quantities.
Keep control of the information contained in models, creating a strategy for the codification of Revit families.
Update the information continuously as the project progresses.
Work together with the Cost team to elaborate Cost Estimates using databases of pricing or other data sources.
Ability to elaborate high-level estimations making assumptions to complete the information of the design.
Work together with the Design team to produce specifications in different formats as required.
Collaborate with the Design team and other disciplines to produce different technical documents necessary to complete the design package.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, Architecture or related science.
Previous experience in a similar role collaborating in different kinds of building projects.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Experience in Quantity Take Off related to BIM models.
Working knowledge of software: Autodesk Revit, BIM360, Presto, Cost It.
Excellent communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications: BIM master.
Nice to have: Knowledge of a third language.
Working knowledge of industry-standard software, such as planning, scheduling, and cost management applications (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Navisworks).
Knowledge of international WBS standards.
