Steer the e-Innovation pipeline, collaborating with the Marketing community to forecast future trends and identify market opportunities, ensuring a robust pipeline for e-commerce success. Define the optimal portfolio and content strategies for entering new markets and acquiring new customers, tailoring approaches to meet diverse market needs. Proactively define and track key customer experience and performance metrics, leveraging insights to drive personalization and optimization initiatives across eCommerce platforms. Enhance the eCommerce experience by understanding and responding to customer needs, effectively positioning the right products, content, and additional offerings at opportune moments. Manages eCommerce accounts product portfolio timelines and goals. Provide regular updates on key product performance in the market, consumer acceptance and competitive landscape. Steers the e-commerce content creation across multiple locals collaborating with specialist agencies. Craft and execute a quarterly test roadmap focused on innovative content creation to enhance consumer engagement and experience. Collaborating with the Market Research team to gain insights into consumer behaviours on e-commerce, driving improved review strategies and conversion rates. Ongoing collaboration with operations to improve portfolio quality and adapt to new challenges on e-commerce. Facilitates the implementation of innovation on a local level to ensure execution excellence. Support the Global eCommerce Manager in defining the new product activation strategy.
