The primary goals of this role and the department are to drive and increase the availability of capable, diverse employees who are prepared to assume critical roles. This role will be responsible for the execution of the global programmes across the organization, through teams in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, have a project management mindset, and work in collaboration. Also, someone who has experience in implementing diversity recruiting and development programs for campus/entry-level candidates. The key to this role is the ability to be a visionary, move fast, be responsive, navigate ambiguity, and make an impact.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead, manage and coach a team of 7 global EIC specialists and advisors to deliver the overall EIC agenda and objectives, including performance management.Leverage data to measure and manage team production and performance, using dashboards and metrics that communicate progress to key stakeholders.Ensure the EIC programs leverage best-in-class learning, engagement, and retention processes and tools.Partner with the internal marketing team, manage social media strategies, and provide compelling content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms that drive the brand and impact of our EIC programs.Manage high volume, full life-cycle recruitment across multiple service lines and disciplines in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.Partner with the Business to create efficient and effective recruitment strategies for sourcing, pipelining, and urgent requisitions across various service lines and global geographies, inclusive of events, conferences, brand/marketing, community outreach, referrals, and other diversity-related activities, with the primary objective to attract and hire a broad range of underrepresented talent communities to Cushman & Wakefield.Proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to ensure future talent needs are met.Lead university-level event management across the organization globally through recruiters and their partnerships with Hiring Managers and Operations leaders.Manage and execute the Global Internship Program including orientation, handbook guides, speaker series, networking sessions, intern exit assessments, and reporting in partnership with the EIC recruiters.Stay up-to-date on new sourcing tools, best practices, and how the team can best utilize these recruiting and networking tools.Ensure HR Systems like ATS and CRM are leveraged across the team to ensure consistent, reliable process execution as well as that metrics are accurate and up to date.About You:Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's Degree
