This position is responsible for driving results in the advancement of our aligner products through optimization of our digital workflow processes and treatment success partner teams to provide best-in-class products with a frictionless customer experience.
This role will be responsible for the oversight of accelerating the optimization of our process to enhance our customer experience, meet market needs, and drive alignment throughout all global ClearCorrect treatment planning facilities. Essential functions and duties Lead multiple digital treatment planning facilitiesDrive consistency and alignment of current treatment workflow processes and established standard operating procedures, protocols, and preferences that align with our clinical, quality and regulatory requirementsOptimize the digital treatment setups process across all facilities, in collaboration with process engineering, to drive a frictionless, timeless and high user experienceDevelop a roadmap that will continuously assess and optimize processes, procedures, and outcomes to meet current market needs and align to our strategic objectivesPartner with the Head of Quality to inspect outcomes of proposed changes to treatment setupsPartner with the Training and Education Manager to deploy treatment protocolsEnsure adherence of the training curriculum, by training and education team, to all treatment set up technicians to guarantee standardization of our set ups sent to doctors across all centers in the globeClose alignment, collaboration, and partnership with all functional departments within the organization, including, but not limited to Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, Technology, Operations, Provider Services, and moreFocus on progressive improvement of KPIs by setting incremental, achievable targets that allow for continuous improvement and adaptation, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term successAbout the ideal candidates Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years, directly supporting clinical treatments setups for clear aligners5-8 years of leadership experienceB.S., required or Masters level degree in Science, Engineering, Business, preferredDental lab technician certification desiredExperience with 3D modeling requiredMultinational-minded, culturally aware individual; must be fluent in EnglishMust have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)Strong interpersonal skills and motivational skillsAbility to adapt to changes in the work environment with short noticeProficiency with driving results and promoting qualityThrives in a fast-paced team environmentDemonstrates strong leadership skills, and has experience directing othersKey Attributes Resourceful and Hands-on: An energetic, resourceful, agile, and hands-on executive who operates effectively with minimum direction and pursues objectives and works to deliver against goals relentlessly; able to get to the heart of issues rapidly and act decisivelyTeam Player: From a basis of strong self-awareness, excellent interpersonal skills; fosters team-first mentality and shares wins and successes;Results-driven: Brings a fire in the belly and is counted on to meet or exceed commitments on time, every time;Collaborative Relationship-builder: Able to build deep relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and work closely with/ and earn the respect and trust of other teamsIntegrity: Possesses unquestionable integrity and is intellectually curious; is known as an honest, trustworthy, ethical, and straightforward individual
