Job DescriptionDevelop and implement effective global sales strategies.Lead the international sales team members to achieve sales targets.Negotiate and close agreements with partners, within the luxury segment.Monitor and analyse performance metrics.Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs.Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.Build and participate in the recruitment of the Sales team.Report on sales results to the company Vice president and Board Members.
