DescriptionHitachi Energy Transformers- Business Solutions IT Organization is seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist who will drive strategic digital initiatives, unlock growth opportunities, and share the business unit's transformation in the area of Operational Analytics.As Digital Transformation Specialist you will lead the high-impact portfolio, bridge technology and business need, and deliver tangible results.You are accountable for developing, implementing, and executing the IT capability within that practice area to plan and build IT solutions resulting from Business of Functions.You will work in a multinational team dealing with one or more projects/programs and act as single point of contact (SPOC) towards IT Technology and the business for these transformational projects/programs. You are responsible for interaction with functional/business unit leadership to monitor and execute the projects/programs.Your ResponsibilitiesCultivate Digital Culture : Identify and lead strategic initiatives across the digital ecosystemDigital Portfolio Management : Develop and manage a high-impact digital portfolio for the respective Business Unit/Function, prioritize projects, and track progress towards goalsDrive Implementation : Spearhead successful implementation, ensure timely delivery, and drive tangible business valueTranslate Technology to Business Value : Simplify complex technology to clear business value and secure buy-in from business stakeholdersExecute Strategy : Implement the given strategy effectivelyGuide Organizational Development : Lead strategic organizational development initiativesProject Organization : Ensure that projects/programs are properly organized, staffed, and skilledDefine Reporting Requirements : Work with key users to define and document reporting requirementsDevelop Standard Reports : Create a standard set of reports for use at different management levels within the manufacturing networkMeet Application Requirements : Collaborate with application teams to ensure reporting requirements in application deployments are metCreate Training Materials : Assist with the creation of training materials to ensure ongoing and effective use of applications and supporting toolsEnd-User Support : Provide end-user support to understand reporting tools and effectively utilize the report inventoryUnderstand Factory Challenges : Work with factory leads to understand their highest priority challenges and collaborate with central support teams to resolve reporting-related issuesIdentify Enhancements : Identify potential enhancements to improve system usability and address gaps in the overall reporting frameworkYour BackgroundBachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or 10 years of related work experience in Digital Transformation10+ years of profound experience in IT technology5+ years of experience in a large global corporation10+ years of experience in managing third-party providers on a global scaleExperience and ability to work with virtual delivery teams and distributed stakeholdersExperience with ManufacturingPowerBI experienceSAP S/4HANA experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
