YOUR ROLE Being part of the Global Team, lead the development of our 4IR roadmap in factories, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectivesSupport continuous optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Connected Worker program, IIoT platform and automation technologies, driving improvements in efficiency and productivityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 4IR solutions across the factoriesDrive the adoption of 4IR tools (Connected Worker, IIoT, Digital Backbone), proving the impact, leveraging data analytics, and AI to enhance manufacturing operationsSupport upskilling of workforce in 4IR, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning and accountabilityStay up-to-date of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantageConnect with key suppliersAble to attend business trips to factories YOUR SKILLS University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Chemical or related engineering departmentMinimum 5 years of experience in 4IR field (MES, IIoT, Connected Worker, factory automation)Advanced user of MS Office, Power BI applicationsSAP, MES, SQL Knowledge is a plusStrong problem solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and drive to resolutionEnglish with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of managementStrong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with  professionals of all organizational levelsGood at problem solving, planning and being proactive in taking actions  At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
