FUNCTIONS For our German Business Unit, which is based in Barcelona, we are looking for a Global Digital Recruiter with experience in the Executive Search industry, focused on the selection and evaluation of qualified candidates within diverse industries and from all over the world., participating in end-to-end processes, and willing to work with a global approach.Your functions:- Managing all key phases of the recruitment processes for A to C-level positions nationally and internationally: in-depth briefing meetings with the manager to ensure alignment on position requirements, - -search strategy mix definition, deep search and evaluation of potential candidates.- Attracting active and passive candidates through direct search and all appropriate approaches: LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, social media, cold calls and active pipeline top talent.- Managing candidates' evaluation and follow-up using Catenon's methodology and tools through Catenon's internal platform, Smapick.- Conducting phone, in-depth and video recorded interviews to assess the candidates' hard and soft skills according to the job requirements.- Working hand in hand with the revenue manager and the client to ensure quality and adequacy of the recruitment process.- Achieving successful execution and quality KPIs.- Lead all projects in regard to the attraction and inclusion of diverse profiles.What we offer you:- Be part of a multinational team, as we operate as a single global office through our 30 operational bases around the world.- Global projects with leading multinational companies in different sectors, with no barriers or boundaries with your potential candidates.- A competitive salary package with extra bonuses and superior benefits.- Flexible working hours, so you can manage your time and have a real work-life balance.- You'll have the flexibility to live anywhere, our team is worldwide and we're a technology-based company.- Grow your career with us to scale and consolidate our international operations.- The Opportunity to get involved in Business Development and Client Management activities and become an Executive Manager.What you need to bring:- First professional experience in recruitment, digital recruitment, talent acquisition or HR related tasks- University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Law, Psychology, RRHH- Excellent communication and organisation skills, prioritising and working on dead-lines, Dynamic and proactive, results-focused, collaborative, ability to understand business needs through specific profiles.- Skills in assessment and/or coaching would be a plus.- Native level of German and high level of English (Other languages would be a great plus).- Comfortable with new technologies, and digital searching tools.- Dynamic and proactive, results-focused, collaborative.- Fast learner and continuous learning attitude, high capacity to work autonomously.If you meet these requirements and are looking forward to a new and exciting professional challenge, we would love to get to know you!
