Job Summary/Purpose: We seek a Global Digital Content Manager who will be responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining the organization's digital range of content. Developing and ensuring content quality through the E2E content creation process, including coordination of localization via the Production Hub.
Your Key Responsibilities: Digital Asset ManagementDevelop, create and manage digital content solutionsProvides brief for content and production studiosWorking with various teams, including agencies and designersAnalyzing and organizing digital assets, including metadata, taxonomy, and taggingTroubleshooting issues related to asset managementCoordinating photo rights managementTimely delivery of high-quality projects (QC)Engage with countries and other internal stakeholders as required to communicate updates on scope, execution plan and timelinesCoordinates with production and medical team on demand planning, content approval, productionEvaluate designWhat you'll bring to the role: Essential Requirements: 4+ years' experience with digital content management including websitesFluent English (oral and written) is required (C2)Ability to engage cross functionally with various stakeholders to drive the business forwardExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in coordinating digital content projects in a matrixed environment, working across multiple business units/multi country frameworkRegional or global experience in developing and delivering digital contentExperience in CMS and Figma projectsUX/UI knowledgeExperience with Agile methodologyDetail oriented skillsDesirable Requirements: Agency background or content management experience would be a strong asset (web design/digital creatives)Additional languages are an advantageYou'll receive: Lunch allowanceAnnual bonusMultisport or Culture cardPrivate medical careLife insuranceCash allowancesPension PlanFree parkingOther benefitsWhy Sandoz?
