We are looking for a Global Data Analyst to join Corporate Compliance Department at Grifols SA. What your responsibilities will be You will support the design, deployment and maintenance of tools and databases for compliance tracking, monitoring and reporting processes, especially (but not limited to) Transparency reporting, both for legal obligations and industry codes. You will identify, collect and analyze data to prepare reports required for management, regulators, and other stakeholders. You will regularly work with other departments and compliance staff in the continuous enhancement of the Compliance Program, including (but not limited to) training and risk assessment. Who you are To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong data analysis skills, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in roles with analyst responsibilities. Experience in external audit, consultancy firms and compliance is desirable. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Bachelor's degree in business or similar. Advanced level in Excel is essential. Additionally, knowledge of Power BI, Power App and Power Automate will be highly considered. Advanced level in English. Ability to analyze and understand complex data and processes. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and to work as part of a team. Process-oriented, organized and methodical person.
