Job Title: Global CRM Specialist (Consumer)
Job Description What you'll do Creating a wide variety of digital marketing campaigns geared towards personalization. These include lifecycle campaigns, triggered campaigns, monthly planned campaigns, and more.Meeting deadlines based on the campaign planner.Ensuring design and layouts of campaigns are user and mobile-friendly and are continuously optimized.Testing every campaign with clearly set hypotheses and a data-driven approach.Proofreading and double-checking before sending out campaigns using automation tools.Providing inputs to the design team on optimizing layouts.Monitoring the sender score, spam score, un-subscription lists, and other hygiene indicators.Maintaining the health of the database through smart segmentation to avoid saturation.Tracking and analyzing campaign results.Proactively sharing inputs and best practices with the team on a daily and weekly basis.Supporting the Personalization Lead and team with initiatives including continual optimization of personalization strategy, platform, and related processes.Your qualifications Technics Minimum 2+ years' experience with proven success in executing highly targeted or personalized email, in-app, push, and web marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience with marketing automation tools – examples: Adobe, Braze, Oracle.Familiarity with CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR requirements and inbox deliverability standards.Basic understanding of data segmentation and data attribution.SQL knowledge is preferred.
