POSITION OVERVIEW As a Global CRM Manager, you'll be in charge of leading the brand in its mission to elevate the importance and understanding of the consumer. By bringing a CRM mentality and tools into the markets you'll prepare the company for the future, increasing the access to first party data and shaping the 1-2-1 conversation to drive conversion and loyalty in the brand main touchpoints. The channel mix, with a high dependence on non-assisted wholesalers demands an innovative approach to the discipline, reinventing how to activate the different markets depending on their business models, possibilities and needs.

MAIN DUTIES Enrich, grow and manage the global consumers database. Drive and monitor data capture. Define, execute and manage a comprehensive global CRM strategy, engaging customers across all touchpoints (direct and indirect). Define the global communications plan to drive CRM and Clienteling related KPIs: recurrency, average ticket, units per transaction, advocacy, loyalty, etc. RFM (Recency, Frequency and Monetary) customer segmentation and analysis. Build automated customer journeys per cluster and market. VIC definition and personalized journeys. Customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through impactful and differentiated initiatives. Managing CRM workflows from initial brief to key stakeholders to final delivery and execution. Pilot the implementation of Clienteling and Loyalty programs. Adapt tools & content according to strategies and priorities. Ensure that each campaign is GDPR and regulatory compliant with solid safeguards for consumer data. Lead and train local markets to adopt global and execute Global CRM Programs and strategy. Tracking and reporting: CRM dashboards management. SOFT SKILLS Excellent oral and written communication skills. Data driven mindset and result-driven profile with multitask capacity to manage several projects at the same time and a keen eye on detail. A willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done. Proficiency level of English and Spanish is a must, French is welcome and Japanese is a plus. Track record working with data ingestion, data technologies, privacy policies, cookie policies, GDPR and more. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Collaborative and team builder. Multitasking and proactivity. Innovation and creativity. Empathy and flexibility. Autonomy. Organization. Good animation and presentation skills. PROFILE NEEDED MAIN STUDIES Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Business.

LANGUAGES English and Spanish (Fluent C2). French is a plus.

IT TOOLS Deep knowledge of CRM technologies and best practices, Microsoft 365.

EXPERIENCE At least 7 years of CRM and clienteling experience.

OTHER Experience with SalesForce CRM environment recommended.
