Our business keeps growing, so we're looking for a skilled Global CRM Manager to join our Marketing Department.This role will report directly to the Global Head of Marketing and be responsible for managing the marketing to our existing customer base across all channels and segments. We are looking for somebody who has a proven track record of working backwards from the customer and implementing tactics that drive customer value and business growth.Your daily tasks will entail:CRM strategy and segmentation management: Ensuring the correct segmentation is in place to manage our customer lifecycle stagesTeam management: Shaping our CRM team and managing the performance and development of the people withinCRM capabilities management: Working with our embedded operations team to ensure we have the correct CRM capabilities in place to enable automation and personalizationBudget management: Delivering the annual customer budget and managing variances throughout the yearAnalysis and insight: Conducting analysis across all customer data both from a near-term performance perspective and longer-term cohort evolution.
