As a key member of the Sandoz Customer Engagement Team, reporting to the Operations Lead, the Global Content Strategist, Omnichannel Platforms, will shape the content information architecture and execute tactical tasks for digital projects. This role involves collaborating with technical architects, digital designers, prototypes, and content agencies to deliver high-quality, timely content-related deliverables that support the design process. To excel in this role, the Digital Content Strategist must possess extensive knowledge of external processes and technologies, SEO, content tagging, and taxonomies. Additionally, this role requires cross-functional collaboration, fostering relationships with key managers and individual contributors across the Technology organization. Responsibilities Define and manage tone, style, content creation, content organization, SEO, and information architecture within digital experiences for Sandoz customers and associates. Lead the migration of content between different platforms in collaboration with regional and local teams. Develop and implement training and adoption programs to enhance engagement and adoption of global online initiatives. Organize content through CMS, building out a content matrix and information architecture. Stay updated on best practices in various content techniques. Demonstrate expertise in content organization, content creation, and information hierarchy. Independently deliver quality, timely content, including strategy documents, guidelines, content matrices, and presentations. Collaborate with the design team and participate in design reviews.
