Your Role: As a Global Compliance Officer for Healthcare Functions, your primary responsibility is to ensure the effective implementation of the compliance program defined in the global Compliance Management System (CMS) for the Healthcare Global teams, such as Global Fertility. For this, you will collaborate with business and functional colleagues to effectively mitigate the Company's risk related to Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). Additionally, you are tasked with providing timely, value-added, and risk-based support and counseling to internal business stakeholders and functions on relevant compliance matters, including projects, launches, and integration management. As responsible for implementing the global CMS in the Healthcare Global teams, you should understand local industry norms, laws, and codes (especially EFPIA and IFPMA codes of practice), conduct risk assessments, perform compliance forums, lead monitoring actions, and hold critical compliance trainings. Additionally, you must review global documents to update, and/or implement relevant local compliance rules, standards, and procedures in accordance with global requirements and local laws and codes. Finally, fostering a strong compliance culture in your area of responsibility and supporting the Center of Expertise (CoE) in the preparation of Healthcare transparency disclosure reports are also crucial aspects of your role. Who you are: You have a Bachelor's degree in law or a related field You have a minimum of 6 years of working experience in a multinational company compliance or a law firm. You must have working experience in the healthcare industry, and expert-level knowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations is considered a plus. You possess the ability to think strategically, lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, work independently, and possess strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, and training delivery capabilities is essential. You are proficient in English, and knowledge of other languages is considered advantageous.
