.Global Commercial Training Senior Director Mission 1. Strategic Training Leadership:Design, plan and implement a global training strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and values.The local trainers will report dotted into this person. This person will provide them the training strategy and will support them to implement it locally.Drive the continuous improvement of training programs to meet evolving organizational needs.Choose innovative instructional design techniques to optimize the training experience and meet the goals of adaptive learning principles.Look for advancing technology to create engaging trainings and updates that are easily accessible and digestible for the target audience.Continuously measure training performance and KPIs to evaluate trainings and inform future training design.Secure adequate resources and budget dedicated to execute the Training strategy at global and local levels.Identify needs and new ways to potentiate Face-to-Face (FtF) and virtual interactions of Field Force with HCPs and elaborate consistent plans and actions to evolve field people's way of working, good selling outcomes, and winning mindset.2. Curriculum Development:Define the key competencies for the Sales teams and the trainers to be successful in the training design and implementation.Oversee the creation of training curricula covering a range of disciplines, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with subject stakeholders to develop relevant and engaging content.Support the integration of skills development programs for Customer Facing Teams in the continuous upgrading to better develop their role.3. Performance Metrics:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for training programs and measure their impact on employee performance and organizational goals, fostering a data-driven organization.4. Collaboration:Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to understand organizational goals and ensure training programs align with strategic objectives.Support both HQ and local teams in identifying and prioritizing training needs and matching them with current or to be developed deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional Global and local teams to identify and develop ongoing training initiatives designed to educate on all aspects related to product knowledge and its execution in the field.Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.5. Budget Management:Define the Commercial training budget and how it should be distributed in the different markets prioritizing among MCs.Education Bachelor's degree; a degree in Health Sciences would be an asset.Experience
- 7+ years of training or related experience in the biopharmaceutical or health-related industry.In addition, 3-5 years of management experience leading a team.Pharma Sales or marketing experience (preferably in Biologics and Specialty business).Solid expertise in Train the Trainer
