At Craft Worldwide we are seeking a Global Commercial Finance Director. Working across multiple geographies and disciplines, this position will be focused on driving growth, pricing strategy and client profitability, with oversight of resources in Europe, North America and other growth regions. It's a highly collaborative role where you will be developing innovative global and regional commercial models, negotiating commercial terms with clients, strategically analysing market conditions, and developing best-practices for on-going client profitability and performance analysis.

The role of Global Commercial Finance Director: As Global Commercial Finance Director, responsibilities will include:
Hold and maintain a thorough understanding of the production agency landscape, staying up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor pricing strategies.Deliver financial leadership based on a thorough understanding of our business on a global, regional, and local level for both Craft and key agency partners.Use marketing and competitive insights to make data-driven pricing recommendations and assist senior teams with development of strategy.Partner with New Business and other key stakeholders to lead global and regional coordination on new business responses, ensuring proposals maximise revenue and profitability.Develop comprehensive financial models to support deal pricing decisions.Partner with global, regional, and local FP&A and Client Services teams to develop standardized client profitability analysis and practices.Provide regular analysis demonstrating actual vs forecasted client revenue and profitability to help guide future approach and highlight improvement opportunities.Support Global Business Leads in development of annual business plans and regular estimate updates, as well as any other required MW reporting.Provide variance commentary (Revenue and Contribution Margin) and other financial updates as needed.Various additional responsibilities as outlined in the job description.Who you will be: As Global Commercial Finance Director, we are looking for you to demonstrate:
