As part of the Global Marketing team, the Global Clinical Trainer, will bring his/her expertise implementation and tactics of educational programs (internal / external) for healthcare professionals, patients as well as to supporting the education process for the sales and marketing teams. In line with the marketing strategy, the Global Clinical Trainer will support development, coordination, promotion, and follow-up of the programs, in order to support the marketing team, sales teams in their strategies and the company's objectives achievement.
Manage and provide technical and clinical training of Sinclair EBD devices to internal staff, distributors, and end customers at international and national level in order to transfer and ensure the correct knowledge of the products.
Description Your Skills & Experience – Do You Have What it Takes?
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Training, Marketing
At least five years' experience in the "medical education" field
Knowledge of the aesthetic industry/cosmetic industry
Good organisation and coordination skills, management of priorities
Customer oriented, sense of service, good interpersonal skills
English native speaker
Ability to travel freely.
Desirable:
Preferably Nurse or other clinical certification
Coaching qualification would be a plus
Experience in Program management / training in an international environment
Second and/ or third language

Key Responsibilities Carry out a training process as a clinical trainer.
Drafting and review of necessary documentation for clinical training.
Internal and external training.
Customer training regarding the protocols of treatments and equipment.
Support to end customer inquiries (doctors, distributors, large accounts and customers in general).
Derive clinical or technical incidents reported by clients to the clinical incidents area or to the Services department, as appropriate.
Report the training to the Global training director.
Help costumers promoting Sinclair products at their practice.
Support to creation and execution of the global clinical training plan.
Collaboration with the rest of the R+D department projects.
Support programs for healthcare professionals for different product ranges
Help to develop new clinical applications or therapeutic options
Support and promote the develop a network of experts (KOLS)
Support our programs by including clinical sales, patients' route, scientific guidelines
Support training programs communication between regions
Support healthcare professional's certification needs through innovative solutions or methods
Plan and coordinate online training programs
Support the commercial teams' certification
Support the educational activities related to conferences and scientific events
Support Advisory boards and focus groups to feed strategic marketing thinking
Follow up and record the provided trainings
