We are looking for a Global Clinical Project Manager (M/F) whose missions will include the following (non-exhaustive list): Key responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of global clinical studies (interventional phases) outsourced to a CRO, including planning, quality, budget, and defined goals . Lead execution and reporting activities alongside the diverse clinical departments. Endorse project plan developed by the CRO in accordance with study objectives and requirements in terms of team responsibility, risk mitigation plan, escalation process, communication plan… Ensure that Global clinical studies adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), local regulations, guidelines, and SOPs in the required standard of quality. Communicate project progress effectively and collaborate as a cohesive team . Lead and manage the cross-functional Clinical Team and Contract Research Organization (CRO) in collaboration with other study team members. Profile and skills required: You have a master's degree (Bac+5), PhD in clinical research or another equivalent field of study. You have at least 2 years of experience in the role (CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech). You have experience in managing international clinical studies and working in international teams. You have strong communication skills, adept at working on various projects with different stakeholders. You have competence in budget management, planning, and project monitoring. You have proficiency in overseeing vendor management , such as Contract Research Organizations (CROs). Experience in oncology is a plus, as well as expertise in other therapeutic areas. Your English is fluent . You are based in Spain or Portugal . Who Are we?
