Janssen is recruiting for a Manager EUCTR, GCO Centralized Services.
The POSITION IS BASED IN THE EMEA REGION.
The Manager EUCTR will lead parts of the Shared Services capability in support of Janssen Global Clinical Operations.
This role will focus on supporting the centralized EU CTR team and its operating model results in lieu of the assigned portfolio for EU CTR submissions.
There will be a continuous focus on people, value creation, and unlocking of opportunities across the organization to drive outstanding trial delivery through an optimized GCO operational support model.
Key Responsibilities Lead resources in the EU CTR team based on their allocation to studies.
Support implementation of the EU CTR Shared Services delivery strategy.
Mentor assigned resources and exercise a high level of independence and decision-making ability through the balancing of challenging priorities and requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of work and support relevant Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
Supervise and report service delivery.
Align on expectations with key collaborators where required to lead service delivery expectations.
Advocate customer focus with vision to drive solutions.
Collaborate with internal collaborators and business partners to implement operational cross-functional efficiencies and remove barriers.
Support EU CTR knowledge management and support improvement implementation across GCO and other key partners in the organization.
Partner with team staff and other functions as needed to deliver solutions that align with all applicable rules, regulations, and guidances.
Support resource training to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure team communication plans with business partners.
Qualifications Experience and Skills Education - Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred Required 8 years' experience working in Research & Development, Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, Procurement, Business Development, or related function EU CTR knowledge and operational experience Excellent project management skills Demonstrated experience being solutions and results oriented Ability to partner, influence and lead with a customer first demeanor Experience leading cross-functional and/or cross-affiliate teams Ability to prioritize requests in alignment with the internal clients and propose effective alternatives when required Excellent social skills Change management experience Preferred Project management certification Experience in Global Development, specifically Global Clinical Operations Experience related to the product/drug Development process Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, and metric reporting and project management tools Other - Language Requirement: Proficiency in English - Travel Percentage: 10% (Domestic & International) THE POSITION IS BASED IN THE EMEA REGION, THE CANDIDATE CAN CHOOSE WHICH COUNTRY.
