This customer-facing role gathers customer feedback to enhance our products and services while staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Amazon's advertising platform.As a Global Client Solutions Manager , you will play a pivotal role in providing specialised central support for customers utilising Amazon's Sponsored Ads suite, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. You will oversee the end-to-end customer experience while offering expert guidance to local in-market CSMs. Experience in managing search campaigns for others or as a seller on the Amazon platform is essential.
