The global central CSM team collaborates closely with agency and advertiser customers, offering onboarding, training, and consultation on Amazon Sponsored Ads. This customer-facing role gathers customer feedback to enhance our products and services while staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Amazon's advertising platform.As a Global Client Solutions Manager , you will play a pivotal role in providing specialised central support for customers utilising Amazon's Sponsored Ads suite, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. You will oversee the end-to-end customer experience while offering expert guidance to local in-market CSMs. Experience in managing search campaigns for others or as a seller on the Amazon platform is essential. Additionally, familiarity with international markets is a significant advantage.What you'll do: Cultivate and nurture senior-level operational customer relationships, engaging with various levels of customer organizations to comprehend their business objectives.Provide services including onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices for Amazon Sponsored Ads.Analyse and interpret data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations.Drive the evolution of Amazon's Sponsored Ads platform by assisting customers with product beta participation, capturing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with cross-functional Amazon teams.Define and enhance processes and tools for the global CSM team to better serve customers.Design and implement a global knowledge sharing mechanism that simplifies search or onboarding process, policy, troubleshooting and FAQ's.Define and execute a training curriculum for internal and external stakeholders.Provide training and workshops to local in market CSM's to scale global servicesWhat you need for this role: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.3-5 years of experience in advertising with a focus on Amazon's Sponsored Ads suite (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).Experience managing search campaigns for others or as a seller on the Amazon platform.Ability to effectively present to and confidently communicate with business-to-business (B2B) customers, including facilitating onboarding and training, or presenting plans to customer leadership.Knowledge of Amazon's Sponsored Ads platform, including bid strategies, keyword optimization, ad placements, and reporting.Fluency in English.What will make us really love you: 4+ years of experience in search advertising with a specialization in Amazon's Sponsored Ads.Proficient oral and written communication skills with the ability to establish credibility with technical and non-technical business owners.Experience working across international markets.What you'll love about us: We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your positionWork in a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry of an international company with multi-cultural teams around the worldLearn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertisingFlexible Work Models.
