The incumbent responsibilities are across organizational boundaries.Responsibilities include:Identify and develop global, cross-segment strategies for major Indirect Categories in alignment with cross-functional stakeholders and local organizationsCoordinate and collaborate with Global/local teams to deploy and manage the implementation of defined strategiesBuild, lead and support strategic relationships with global/ key suppliers with principal objectives of achieving optimal cost and performanceConduct regular spend and supplier markets analysis, including risk management assessment of the indirect categoriesLead performance management of Global/Key suppliers, including sustainability & social responsibility; coordinate and support suppliers assessment and audits – with focus on Procurement requirementsIdentify and implement savings initiative as well as continuous improvement plans in area of his responsibilityEstablish a close relationship with different internal stakeholders in order to deliver the best values and improve suppliers and procurement service levelsFollow and implement corporate and procurement directives and policiesQualificationsMinimum 3 years of professional experience and proven track record in strategic indirect procurement (e.g. IT, professional services, fleet and facility management, logistics) in an international companyStrong knowledge and business acumen in indirect category management, contract management and risk managementExpertise in TCO and cost analysisExperience in supplier relationship managementExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; German, Spanish or Mandarin would be beneficialFamiliarity with SAP and S2P platform (ARIBA, COUPA, etc.)Willingness to travel up to 20-30%Entrepreneurial mindset: being adaptable & agile, proactive and open to new thingsStrong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skillsAdditional InformationYour Benefits:40-hour work weekCompany bonus scheme25 days annual leave + 5 days leave for waiver of time trackingAttractive pension schemeEmployee Assistance ProgramLong-term development opportunitiesLong service awardsOnly direct applications will be considered.
