We do that through 3 verticals: Groceries with Partners, Groceries with our own Micro Fulfillment Centers (MFCs), and Retail Shops.
The Q-commerce team is organized into 3 verticals: Groceries Partners, Shops and Pharma and Groceries through Micro Fulfillment Centers - MFCs, our very own supermarkets.
As part of the MFCs Vertical team, the Global Category Manager will be responsible for the global assortment strategy, ensuring that all of our stores have the optimal offering to our users by setting up tools, processes, and KPIs to track the assortment quality.Be a part of a team where you will:Define the global strategy, using data to identify the ideal assortment design and key categories to drive orders and revenue growth for MFCs.Create - with the support of the Data Team - the tools and processes needed to execute the strategy.Lead Assortment AB testing to define the optimal number of SKUs across the different markets.Work closely with the local teams, understanding their specific needs and enabling them to achieve the assortment KPIs you will define.Collaborate with Delivery Hero's Central team, taking advantage of other entities' learnings and best practices.Develop dashboards to monitor Key Performance Indicators linked to the assortment performance.You have:5+ years of experience, preferably working as a Category Manager in a traditional groceries retailer or as a consultant in the sector.Ability to work across different geographies and in-country restrictions.An analytical mindset to transform data into meaningful insights.Strategic thinking to translate strategies into plans that can be effectively executed
