Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Director Process & Performance within the Global Category Management team, the Category Content Manager facilitates seamless supplier integration, ensures relevant visibility of their offer to our clients, and supports the rapid growth of our procurement services by managing key tasks supporting the Category Management team to focus on Procurement expertise.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Supplier Integration:
Oversee the seamless onboarding process for suppliers , ensuring timely, efficient & qualitative integration.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline supplier onboarding and ensure relevant information of their catalog is made available.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather and provide necessary information for supplier setups.
Operational Efficiency:
Update and improve online content & booklets (catalogs, pricing, offer) to enhance usability and accuracy for both internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct regular market benchmarks to ensure qualitative information of our product & service's offer is available.
Follow-up & strengthen the Marketing Boost program.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the Category Management team to align on priorities of the different categories and address operational challenges.
Liaise with Digital teams to coordinate supplier integration, catalog visibility & maintenance, and quality tracking.
Communicate effectively with suppliers to address queries, gather data, and facilitate smooth interactions.
Ensure the updation and relevancy of internal communication tools (SharePoints, Newsletters).
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements , develop methodologies, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of supplier integration and catalogs maintenance.
Elevate the momentum of communication and advertising of our solutions' offer.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience
Business School / Master degree
Full working proficiency in French & English
Analytical thinking

Organizational skills: Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
