This role is all about improving field medical performance by crafting and implementing comprehensive training programs. Accountabilities:As the Global Capabilities Director, you will be responsible for identifying capability needs for the field medical teams, creating and maintaining training plans, and leading the development of new training content. You will also be tasked with innovating e-learning techniques, evaluating curricula, designing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with global guidelines. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with OBU Global MSL Excellence roles, outsource providers, and external experts.
Essential Skills/Experience:Advanced degree in a scientific field or health sciences (Master's or higher), or a Bachelor's Degree with clinical experience.
Minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.Prior experience in Medical Affairs, with a focus on field medical roles.Demonstrable experience in capability training or similar fields.Proven track record in project management.Experience with budget management.Familiarity with matrix organisational structures and cross-departmental collaboration.Critical thinking and long-term planning abilities.Competence in setting/managing priorities, resources, and performance targets in a global/regional context.Practical knowledge of clinician-facing Medical Affairs functions.Clear understanding of Medical Affairs compliance requirements.Experience in crafting and delivering Medical Affairs training programs.So, what's next?
