In this role you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday with possibility to work from home on Fridays.About the roleWe are seeking a highly motivated and analytically oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our team as Global Candlelight Strategy Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for harmonising communication and processes between the Candlelight teams and the events operations team, as well as working on strategic projects internal to the whole Candlelight organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, organisational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.You will:Provide a detailed analysis of opportunities and inefficiencies; proposing changes to operational processes; driving a high standardin execution; ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered while maintaining a high level of efficiency.Serve as the primary liaison between Candlelight teams and the events operations team, ensuring clear and efficient communication channels.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the organisation, working closely with department heads to implement changes.Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.Analyse key performance metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsYou are degree qualified, with strong data analysis, oral and written communication skills.
