For our Hospitality Sales team, we're looking for an new colleague to generate new sales opportunities and bring additional revenue to our international team mostly from Southern Europe markets.
You will mainly be working from our Spanish office, together with colleagues from Global and local Sales as well as teammates from all over Europe.
The position also requires you will get on the road to physically go meet your prospects and attend sales events and conferences.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAs Global Business Developer in this team, you will conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.You will build new relationships with decision makers to better understand your clients' specific challenges and provide the answer with our customised payment solutions.
You will maintain relationships with professionals as well as at the C-level.To provide solutions to your clients' needs, you will work closely together with your internal network.You will be responsible of the whole sales cycle, which includes prospection, negotiation, follow up and signature.You will use the innovative power of our products and solutions to make our merchants more productive and mobile when dealing with payment solutions.
In doing so, you will create detailed customer strategies for generating and developing new opportunities, working with our development and product experts across our various locations in Europe.
The complexity and speed of the payment environment is the big challenge for you and at the same time you are used to prepare your customers and offer scalable and adaptable solutions for their requirements.Who Are We Looking ForPeople who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow.
In practice this means:You have 4+ years' experience as a sales manager or in consulting sales of complex technical products and a proved track record.You're very fluent in English.
Any Southern Europe language or understanding would be a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian).
